I've been dealing with throat pain and some redness for the last couple of days. Do you think I should see a doctor about it, or is there something else I can try first?

View allMy daughter is 6 years old and she has adenoids. The main issue we're seeing is that she really snores a lot at night. To try and avoid surgery, someone mentioned that we could use metaspray and give her Montair LC at night. I'm really curious about whether that's a good idea or not. Any advice would be great!
Metaspray is a nasal spray containing Mometasone which is a steroid that helps reduce inflammation in the nasal passages. Montair LC is a combination medication containing Montelukast and Levocetirizine. Montelukast helps in reducing inflammation in the airways and Levocetirizine is an antihistamine that helps in relieving allergy symptoms. These medications can help reduce nasal congestion, inflammation, and snoring associated with adenoids. It is important to follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider.

I'm wondering if Stablanz PV is actually used for treating BPPV. I'm curious about the right dosage, and how long it usually takes to see any improvement. Also, is it something I can manage at home, or do I need to visit a doctor?

I've got a pleomorphic adenoma on my left parotid gland again since 2010. I recently went through Sonography, FNAC, and a CT Scan, and they all say it's still there. Everything else around it seems normal, thankfully. My doctors are advising me to go for a Parotidectomy. I'm feeling a bit unsure and worried about this. Could anyone offer some guidance on what I should consider before making a decision?
The most common treatment for a parotid gland adenoma is surgery to remove the tumor, a procedure called a parotidectomy
