I have a deviated septum and it's making it really hard to breathe normally. Would a septoplasty surgery help fix this issue? What's the recovery like and are there any risks I should know about?

View allI'm really struggling with my sinusitis and just wanted to get some advice. I've been taking Microdox LBX capsules with Sinarest tablets before meals, and using a Nasowash sachet with a Nasowash sneezing bottle to clean my nose. Afterward, I take steam and then use a hot cloth as a compress. I also gargle with warm water and then use Sane Nasal Drops, putting in four drops. About 5 to 10 minutes later, I do some breathing exercises like Alom Vilom and Kapal Bharti. I finish off with Fluticone FT nasal spray. Even though my PNS X-ray says my sinus problem is very minor, my throat pain just won't go away. Any idea what's going on or what else I could try?

I've been having this ear pain for the last two days, specifically around the tragus part. It's been pretty annoying. I get some relief when I take Dolo tablets, but the pain comes back after a couple of hours. Should I be worried about this, and is there something else I can do to make it stop?
it can be acute otitis externa
