I'm having trouble hearing in my left ear. It gets better when I pull my earlobe, but as soon as I let go, I can't hear even the quietest sounds. What could be going on with my ear?

View allI've had a chest X-ray and an endoscopy of my throat, and everything seemed okay. The doctor performed a nose endoscopy and cauterized it, and it didn't bleed for four days. But now, I'm seeing a few drops of fresh blood in my spit only in the mornings. The doctor mentioned this could be due to dryness in my nose and might take around 30 days to heal. What do you think about this? Is there anything else I should be doing, or any other reasons this might be happening?
