I've been dealing with a blocked nose for the past two weeks and got a CT scan done. I've attached the report do you think I might need surgery for this? What would you suggest based on the findings?

Without seeing the CT scan, it’s hard to determine if surgery is required. Often, nasal obstruction can be treated with medication or a procedure, but surgery is considered only if there's a structural issue like a deviated septum.

I've been diagnosed with cholesteatoma and need to understand the surgery options traditional tools vs laser-assisted like KTP laser. Which method has lower risks of hearing loss and recurrence? If laser is better, are there experienced surgeons in Bangalore or Chennai who use this technique?
Laser-assisted cholesteatoma surgery, particularly using a KTP laser, has shown potential for reduced risks of hearing loss and recurrence compared to traditional methods. KTP lasers can minimize mechanical trauma and help achieve complete disease removal. To find experienced surgeons in Bangalore or Chennai using this technique, research hospitals and clinics specializing in otology (ear, nose, and throat) and inquire about their experience with KTP laser-assisted cholesteatoma surgery.

I've been experiencing mild pain when I swallow, but talking seems fine. It also hurts a bit when I press on it firmly. I'm not sure if this is just passing, or maybe it's from a cut or something. Should I be concerned?
