I have a DNS issue with an overgrown septum and outer bone. My doctor recommended septoplasty first and then plastic surgery on the outer nose later, but I've heard about septorhinoplasty where both are done together. Is that really an option? Would it be better to combine them or do them separately?

View allI've been experiencing this strange issue where during the night, a water-like fluid seems to drip out of my nose, and it's been happening for the past three months. Along with this, I've also been dealing with a persistent cough. I'm starting to get worried and wonder what might be causing this. Could this be something serious or just a common problem that will go away on its own? Any insights or advice would be really appreciated.

It's been about three weeks since I got over Covid, but I'm having this issue where one side of my nose keeps getting partially blocked off and on throughout the day. The side it happens on changes randomly. Plus, there's this slight feeling of mucus in my throat every now and then. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it pretty normal post-recovery?
It's not uncommon to experience lingering symptoms like nasal congestion and throat mucus after recovering from COVID. These can be part of post-viral recovery, but if they persist or worsen, its a good idea to consult a doctor to rule out any other issues.

I've put 3 to 4 drops of ear drops in my left ear last night around 10, and now it's totally blocked. I'm having trouble hearing properly. What's going on? Should I go see the nearest hospital for this?
