My doctor recommended septoplasty first and then plastic surgery on the outer nose later, but I've heard about septorhinoplasty where both are done together. Is that really an option? I was diagnosed with sulcus vocalis in my right vocal cord and my doctor recommended voice therapy for a month but also mentioned surgery as an option.
