I have done a semen analysis, and my doctor told me that I am suffering from low sperm count. The normal sperm count is more than 60 million to 120 million with motility 80 percent. My report shows volume 1.5 ml, sperm count 32 million, motility 65 percent, and the highest motility 48 percent.

Your sperm count and motility are slightly lower than average, but many men with these numbers can still conceive. Healthy lifestyle, proper sleep, and avoiding heat and excessive alcohol can help.
