I have done an ultrasound which shows grade 1 fatty liver. Please find the attached blood report. What kind of food can I take to get normal?

Fatty liver improves with healthy diet and exercise. Avoid oily, sugary, and fried foods. Eat fruits, green vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid alcohol.
