I've been experiencing some pain in my left arm, mainly in the biceps, triceps, and forearm areas. Ive already done an ECG and a lipid profile test, and both came back normal. I'm really concerned about what could be causing this discomfort. Could there be something else going on that I should check out?

This type of left arm pain could be musculoskeletal in nature, possibly due to overuse or muscle strain. I recommend taking a pain reliever such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help with the discomfort. Additionally, applying a topical analgesic cream like diclofenac gel can also provide relief. Make sure to rest the affected arm and avoid activities that worsen the pain. If the pain persists or worsens, consult with a physiotherapist for further evaluation and management.

My mom had surgery 5 months ago and just started weight bearing as the doctor advised. Her recent x-ray shows one of the screws has moved slightly but the doctor said it shouldn't be an issue and told her to keep walking. Now she's feeling pain when she walks even though she hasn't really started walking properly yet. Is this normal?

Mild screw movement post-surgery is common but pain on walking suggests possible irritation—limit weight bearing and recheck X-ray or get second opinion.

I broke my tibia and fibula a while ago and now one leg is 2cm shorter than the other. I've been using a shoe wedge to balance it out, but I was offered leg extension surgery with a cage that could take up to 9 months to heal. Is it worth going through all that for just 2cm?

Leg extension surgery is a significant procedure, and considering the 2cm difference, it may not be necessary unless the imbalance severely affects your daily activities or posture. Discuss non-surgical options with an orthopedic specialist.
