My MRI shows bone marrow contusions in both femur and tibia condyles with moderate synovial effusion, a grade 2 ACL tear, horizontal tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus, and grade 1 MCL sprain. I've been doing quad and ROM exercises at home for almost 2 months do I really need surgery or can I keep managing this without going under the knife
