I have got my blood report which shows a WBC count of 115,000 with a decreased amount of lymphocytes. I constantly experience fever, cough, breathing problems, and sometimes stomach issues.

The high WBC may be a typo, if true, suggests serious infection or hematologic condition. Needs urgent review and complete blood and imaging workup.
