I have a Grade 1 left varicocele measuring 3.1 mm and my sperm count is okay but motility and morphology are low. Is surgery the only way to fix this or are there other treatments I can try?

While surgery (varicocelectomy) is a common treatment for varicoceles, especially when they cause infertility or significant pain, it's not always the only option, particularly for a Grade 1 varicocele measuring 3.1 mm. Lifestyle modifications and monitoring can be effective for mild cases.

View allI'm dealing with premature ejaculation and it's kind of affecting my life. I'm really curious if there's a permanent cure for it. Can you help me understand what my options might be?
Premature ejaculation can often be managed effectively with treatment, including behavioral techniques, therapy, or medications. While it may not always be permanently curable, many individuals experience significant improvement with the right approach tailored to their specific needs. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized guidance and treatment options.

I'm looking at my semen analysis report and I'm a bit concerned about the results. It says my progressive motile sperm count is 30, non-progressive motile count is 25, and in total, the motile sperm count is 45. I'm wondering if these numbers are okay when trying to have a baby with my wife, or if I should be consulting a doctor to work on increasing that progressive motile count. Is a count of 30 generally good enough for us to conceive, or is there something I should be doing?
WHO standards place desired progressive motility count at 32%. Overall motility at 40%. It may be advisable to visit a sexual health consultant and obtain a more detailed treatment plan.

I'm curious about using tadalafil 10mg tablets and whether it might have any impact on sperm quality. Could you also let me know what the potential side effects are?
