I have a grade 1 varicocele on the left side and I'm not sure what to do about it. Will tablets help or are there other treatment options? If I end up needing surgery, how will it affect me in the long run?

My right ureter is a bit dilated in the middle and there's a 7mm stone in the lowest part. Do I really need surgery for this or can it pass with just medicines? I'm a bit worried about what to do next.

I'm a bit concerned because I've been masturbating pretty regularly and I'm noticing it seems like my penis is getting smaller over time. I'm still doing well in bed, but is there a chance I'm overthinking this?
