I have gynaecomastia and got conflicting advice my homeopathic doctor says it can be cured with medicine but the cosmetic surgeon insists surgery is the only option. Can homeopathy really reduce male breast tissue and if so how long would it take? I'm getting married in a year and want to know if it's possible without surgery

While homeopathic medicine may be used for gynecomastia, it's crucial to understand that its effectiveness is not scientifically proven and may vary significantly. Surgery is generally considered the most effective and reliable treatment for gynecomastia

I just checked my blood sugar level for the first time and it's at 120. I'm a bit concerned and wondering what steps I should take to keep it under control. Are there specific things I should do or eat to manage this? Would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed.
if the sugar levels you checked before food, then start a diet with less carbohydrates , high fibre content. avoid rice ,try ragi ball in lunch time

Is It Possible for Type 2 diabetes to Turn into Type 1?
It is not possible for type 2 diabetes to turn into type 1 diabetes. However, a person who originally receives a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes may still get a separate diagnosis of type 1 at a later date. Type 2 diabetes is the most common type, so a doctor might initially suspect that an adult with diabetes has type 2.
