I have had jock itch for the last 2 years. It goes away temporarily if I take medicine for about 7 days, but it comes back within 15 days. I cannot sleep properly at night and feel uncomfortable during the day at the office. I have now shifted to Ayurvedic medicines, but it is taking longer, and the itch is still there. I did some blood tests, which show my CBC count is low. My Ayurveda doctor said this means I have a weak immune system, which is why I get infections continuously. I also have thyroid with TSH 8.45. Can Ayurveda help me? Is this because of a weak immune system? I just want to get rid of the jock itch first. Please help.

Jock itch persisting for 2 years suggests chronic fungal infection due to incomplete treatment or reinfection. Thyroid imbalance (TSH 8.45) may lower immunity but is not the main cause. Continue personal hygiene, antifungal care, loose cotton clothes, and dryness. Ayurveda may support but needs consistent lifestyle changes. Do a Fasting Blood Sugar (to rule out diabetes) and KOH Scraping Test from the affected area for confirmation if it recurs.

I had an anomaly scan at 19 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy, and the report shows: Left lateral ventricle: 0.54 cm, Right lateral ventricle: 0.62 cm. Is there any problem with the baby brain? Umbilical artery RI: 0.75 (appears to be increased) Uterine artery RI: 0.7, with evidence of a dicrotic notch in both arteries The rest of the report is normal. Could you please advise if there is any concern with these findings?
