Hello. My baby turned five months old on 19th April. Since the night of 14th April, he had a mild temperature between 99.2 degrees F and 99.8 degrees F. After two days, I consulted his pediatrician, who suggested starting the antibiotic Cepodem 100 syrup. He had a previous history of UTI and was hospitalized at two months old, so the doctor also advised a urine test, which I have attached for reference. Since 20th April, he did not have a fever. Yellow urine may be from dehydration or mild infection. Neeri syrup is safe. Dosage is usually 2 teaspoons 2 to 3 times daily with water. Drink more fluids.
