A very low TSH on 100 mcg thyroxine indicates overmedication. Dose adjustment is necessary to prevent cardiac and bone complications. Consult your endocrinologist for gradual dose reduction. Retesting TSH is essential in 6 weeks after any change. Please take the Thyroid Profile again.

Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test

I am a female, age 29. I am currently undergoing an ATT course taking AKT4 for 1 month and recently had a routine body check up at Thyrocare lab. My blood report showed the following abnormal levels SGPT 36.58, Alkaline Phosphate 108 normal 42 to 98, TSH 7.01 normal 0.3 to 5.5, Uric Acid 8.09 normal 3.2 to 6.1, Basophils absolute count 0.01. I am concerned and would like to know if these levels are okay or need treatment?
