I have hypothyroidism and I am on thyroxine 100 mg. Recently I got my blood test done and TSH is very low. Kindly suggest if my medicine needs to be changed? I am attaching my report.

A very low TSH on 100 mcg thyroxine indicates overmedication. Dose adjustment is necessary to prevent cardiac and bone complications. Consult your endocrinologist for gradual dose reduction. Retesting TSH is essential in 6 weeks after any change. Please take the Thyroid Profile again.

View allHi. I have taken medications one by one. First, I had severe skin problems with pimples. I took three months of treatment, and now the pimples are cleared using medicines and creams. Second, I gained weight suddenly, and my periods became irregular. My blood test showed increased thyroid levels, so I took medicines for that. Next, I am not sure what effects these medicines may have had on me. Now I am thinking about how my skin will look as I get older after stopping these medicines. I need a suggestion to maintain my health in a good way without using any medication?

Please take a look at my blood report. My TSH level is high, but T3 and T4 are within the normal range. I have also been experiencing hair loss.

I have thyroid. I started taking 50 mcg tablet, then later increased to 75 mcg and now it is 100 mcg. Please advise as I am putting on more weight. The values in my report seem to fall within the proper range. Please advise and refer me to an endocrinologist?
