I have kidney stones in both kidneys, measuring 2 to 4 mm. Can I have a urinary tract infection? Please clarify after reviewing my attached urine test report.

Stones can irritate urinary tract, leading to infection. Please confirm with a Urine Routine and Culture. Take this test to rule out infection.
