I have lab results of WBC 12.4, platelets 470, MPV 7.1, lymphocytes 3.5. Is this a cause of concern? Please note I also have allergies and I did have a flu shot right before having the blood work done.

Mild elevations could be due to allergy, recent flu shot, or infection. MPV slightly low, not worrisome. No major issue seen.
