I have lab results of WBC 12.4, platelets 470, MPV 7.1, lymphocytes 3.5. Is this a cause of concern? Please note I also have allergies and I did have a flu shot right before having the blood work done.

I have no allergic symptoms but slight pain in neck and back muscles while doing computer work. Appetite, motion, and sleep are all normal. I did this blood test myself as I do it every year for a health checkup. I have had COVID twice, in May (moderate) and January (mild). No hospitalization or steroids were used. I have had constant chest pain since being diagnosed with myocarditis in May 2016. My report mentions mild heart scarring and possible pericardial thickening. I would like to know if this chest pain is something I will always experience from now on?
