I have lab results of WBC 12.4, platelets 470, MPV 7.1, lymphocytes 3.5. Is this a cause of concern? Please note I also have allergies and I did have a flu shot right before having the blood work done.

I have been suffering from Chikungunya for the past 2 weeks. During this period, I experienced upper thigh and knee joint pain for 2 days, which is now under control with medication.
