I have a large 13 cm fibroid on the posterior wall of my uterus but my periods are normal should I consider surgery or try homeopathic medicine first? I'm worried about the size and not sure what the best option is

For a fibroid of that size (13 cm), surgical intervention is generally recommended. While homeopathic medicine might offer some relief, it's unlikely to shrink a fibroid of this size significantly, and it's essential to rule out other potential causes of your symptoms

My wife has been diagnosed with a large uterine fibroid and her doctor recommended laparoscopic myomectomy. We're really confused about choosing the right surgeon in Bangalore can you suggest some highly experienced and well-rated specialists for this procedure? We want to make sure we pick someone skilled and trustworthy.
Choosing a skilled surgeon is essential for laparoscopic myomectomy. You can look for gynecologists with high surgical volumes and strong patient reviews.

I'm a bit concerned because my friend has told me there's been no physical relationship with his wife, but she claims they have and even mentioned being pregnant once. The pregnancy test was negative, though. Is there any kind of test that can determine a woman's virginity? If so, could you explain how that test works? I'm looking for some guidance on this, as it's a confusing situation for him.
