I have a large 17 cm fibroid in the fundus area of my uterus, coming from the posterior myometrium. It's causing pain on the left side of my abdomen, but no lower abdominal pain. My USG shows my uterus is 9.4 cm. Are there any treatment options besides surgery that could help with this?

Yes, there are alternative treatments to surgery for a large fibroid like yours, though surgical removal (myomectomy or hysterectomy) is often considered the most effective long-term solution. If you're looking to avoid surgery, options include medications to manage symptoms or address the fibroid itself

My wife is 22 and she's noticed that her right breast seems bigger than the left one. Last year, she checked with a physician about this, and they said it was all normal and nothing to worry about. But the feeling persists. Could you help us understand what might be going on and if there's anything we should do?
Surgeon opinion is advised to the pt.

I took an i-pill, and now I'm having bleeding on the 15th day after taking it. Is that normal, or should I be concerned about what it means?
Bleeding after taking an I-Pill is a common side effect and usually indicates that the pill has been effective in preventing pregnancy. In your case, experiencing bleeding on the 15th day after taking the I-Pill suggests that it has likely done its job.
