I'm really worried about the results of my abdominal ultrasound. It says the uterus is bulky and anteverted, with an endometrium that's thickened to 11 mm. I'm not sure what that means for me. Also, while it mentions myometrial echoes are normal, I'm concerned about what that might imply. The report says my right ovary is 22x15 mm and the left is 18x16 mm, with normal echotexture for both, but I'm still anxious about these measurements. There's also a note about no free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Could you help me understand what all this means and if I should be worried?

View allI have a 4.5cm dermoid cyst in my right ovary and my doctor recommended laparoscopic surgery. Are hospitals in Indirapuram or Ghaziabad currently performing these surgeries? I've been having bloating on my right side and thigh, and sometimes it gets so bad I can't walk. Is this normal with a cyst this size?

My TVS report says there's a heteroechoic lesion around 13-15 mm in the fundal region of the uterus, likely a fibroid. It also mentions an enlarged right ovary with a cyst, bulky cervix, and uterine fibroids. Can this be treated with medication or will I need surgery?
The best approach to treating fibroids and an ovarian cyst, especially when there's also a bulky cervix, depends on the severity of symptoms and the woman's reproductive goals. While some fibroids and cysts may be managed with medication, surgical intervention might be necessary, especially for larger or symptomatic fibroids
