I have a meniscus extrusion in my right knee and a small area of full-thickness cartilage loss measuring 9x7 mm. I'm only 25 if I get surgery now, will I still be able to walk normally by the time I'm 40?

Yes, if you address the meniscus extrusion and cartilage loss with appropriate treatment, including surgery if necessary, you can likely maintain normal walking and other activities by the time you are 40. Early intervention and a focused rehabilitation program are key to maximizing your long-term knee health

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with this pain just above the tip of my coccyx for the past 7 years. I've been taking diclofenac sodium and paracetamol, but I'm looking for a more permanent solution, maybe something homeopathic. It's really tough because I can't sit for long periods and any jerking motion makes it worse, even small movements are painful. The pain is now spreading to my legs, and I occasionally get a fever when it's bad. My MRI results showed a disc bulging at L5S1, nerve compression, lumbar lordosis, and acute angulation of the coccyx. I'm 31 years old and would really appreciate some advice on a suitable long-term solution or medication.

I'm dealing with a torn meniscus but the pain is manageable right now do I really need surgery or can I wait it out? If I don't get it treated, what could happen to the torn meniscus over time?

MRI scan and follow up with orthopaedician is advised.

I have a partial to near complete ACL ligament tear according to my MRI report do I really need surgery or are there other treatment options that could work for me? I'm worried about recovery time and whether I can avoid going under the knife.

if the MRI report says that you have a complete tear of the ACL. ACL is one of the stabilizers of the knee. Without the ACL, the knee will become unstable and the other parts of the knee will undergo more pressure/wear and tear. So it is important to get a surgery... especially at your young age. Had you been above 45-50 years of age, surgery may not have been compulsory. But right now, it is very essential to get it done. If you still don't want surgery, you will need to follow a few precautions to ensure that the knee does not undergo more wear and tear. These are: *Avoid sitting/sleeping on the floor. *Avoid using stairs as much as possible. Use a lift whenever you can. *Avoid using an Indian Toilet. Use a Western style toilet or a foldable toilet chair
