I've been dealing with a concern that's been bothering me for a while. When I was around 12, I started dry humping on the bed, and this went on until I was about 16. Now, I'm 24 and I've noticed my thighs and legs look thin and kind of deformed. Could there be any connection to my past habits, or is there another reason they appear this way?

Possible Reasons for Thigh Changes
- Muscle Imbalance: Repeated dry humping might have led to overdevelopment of certain muscle groups, causing an imbalance.
- Poor Posture: Frequent pressure on your thighs and legs might have affected your posture, leading to uneven muscle development.
- Genetic Factors: Natural growth patterns and genetic predispositions can influence body shape and muscle distribution.

View allI've been having lower back pain when standing, walking, or bending. My doctor recommended wearing a back belt and avoiding bending, but said surgery might be needed if it continues. Does this sound like the right approach or are there other options I should consider? The pain's been persistent and I'm worried about it getting worse.

My dad has a large 12 x 8.5 x 7 cm thin-walled cystic lesion filled with fluid in his right upper back between the scapula and spine near the trapezius muscle. The MRI showed no chest involvement. What's the best treatment for this can it be drained with a needle or does it need surgery? Also, which specialist should we see for this?
