I have mild ptosis in my left eye and want to avoid surgery are there any natural ways to improve it or stop it from getting worse

I have high myopia with -19 and -14 in both eyes and also deal with computer vision syndrome. My doctor said surgery is too risky for me. I can't use the computer for more than an hour without discomfort, even with lubricant eye drops. Will continuing to use screens cause more damage to my eyes? Is it still possible for me to pursue computer engineering in the future given my condition?
You can use computer without fear Computer vision syndrome causes dryness but it cant decrease the vision
