I have multiple fibroids on the posterior wall of my uterus and my doctor suggested removing the uterus. I had a myomectomy done five years back but now I'm confused between open surgery hysterectomy or laparoscopic surgery. Which one would be better for me considering my history and current condition

I'm a bit concerned because I started bleeding for about 5 days after a dilation and curettage, then it stopped for 3 days, but now it's started again, and the bleeding is brown. Is this something normal, or should I be worried?
Bleeding 5 days after a D&C (dilation and curettage) procedure is common, and the subsequent stoppage for 3 days followed by brown-colored bleeding could be due to hormonal changes, uterine lining shedding, or minor spotting
