I noticed a small lump about the size of a pea under my skin near my clitoris about a month ago. It disappeared but now it's come back and feels like a hard little ball. What could this be and should I be worried?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a benign cyst, possibly a Bartholin gland cyst or a blocked gland. While it's usually not a cause for concern, it's a good idea to get it checked by a healthcare provider to rule out any issues and get proper advice on how to manage it.

View allI have a 25 mm vulvar cyst and my doctor recommended draining it surgically. I want to get it done at the best hospital possible how much would this procedure usually cost? Also, what should I look for when choosing a hospital for this kind of surgery?
Cost is ₹20,000–₹50,000 for cyst drainage in good hospitals—look for facilities with gynae surgeons and infection control.

My wife's just entered her first month of pregnancy and we're curious about whether it's safe for us to have sex. If it is okay, could you please suggest what positions might be safe during this time?
Congratulations on your wife's pregnancy! In the first month, it's generally safe to have sex unless advised otherwise by her doctor. Comfortable positions, like side-lying or her on top, can help avoid pressure on the abdomen. Always communicate with your wife and check with her doctor for any specific concerns.
