I have multiple gallstones measuring 45 mm and I'm wondering if surgery is my only option right now. I've been sticking to a diet of just carrots, cucumbers, oranges, and apples with no other food can this kind of diet along with medication actually help dissolve the stones or should I consider other treatments?

healthy diet can help manage gallbladder symptoms and reduce the risk of new gallstone formation, it's unlikely to dissolve existing gallstones, especially those as large as 45mm. Surgery is often the recommended treatment for larger gallstones and those causing persistent pain or complications

I've noticed a lump just below my rib on the right side, and its really uncomfortable, especially when I try to lie on that side. It kind of feels like somethings pushing against my rib. What could this possibly be? Should I be concerned?
It sounds like you may have a lump or swelling near your rib, which could be due to various causes such as a muscle strain, benign growth, or inflammation. I recommend seeing a doctor for a physical examination and possibly some imaging tests to determine the cause and get appropriate treatment.
