I have a nil sperm count in my semen analysis test. What is the treatment, and is it curable or not? Please help me. I have attached my report.

Azoospermia may be obstructive or non obstructive. Some types are treatable. Need hormone tests and scrotal scan. Consult a fertility specialist.

View allI am 32 years old and have been trying to conceive for over two years, having experienced a miscarriage in May. My recent HSG report shows that my right fallopian tube is unhealthy and the left tube has hydrosalpinx. Additionally, my TVS report indicates that I have polycystic ovaries. Although my periods are regular, my cycle length varies between 35 to 40 days. I would like to understand my chances of conceiving naturally or through IUI given these findings, and whether laparoscopic surgery is mandatory to improve my fertility outcomes.

The scan on the 13th day reported the right follicle as 26 mm and the left follicle as 12 mm. How long will it take for the follicle to rupture? Is there any problem with my report?

Respected Sir/Madam, I have been experiencing a little bit of erection problem. I got a semen analysis done, which shows a sperm count of 39 million and motility of 35 percent, both of which are considered normal. I consulted a doctor with my report, and he suggested I should try IUI. My wife all reports are normal. Kindly advise me on what to do next.
