I have a nil sperm count in my semen analysis test. What is the treatment, and is it curable or not? Please help me. I have attached my report.

Azoospermia may be obstructive or non obstructive. Some types are treatable. Need hormone tests and scrotal scan. Consult a fertility specialist.

My report says both the ovaries appear normal in size but show multiple small follicles with no dominant follicle in either ovary. No adnexal mass is seen. No free fluid is seen in the abdomen or pelvis. No mass, lump, or collection is seen. No abnormally dilated bowel loops are seen. Aorta and IVC are normal in caliber. Both psoas muscles are normal. Impression: possible PCOD. Suggestion: hormonal correlation.

My report shows that both ovaries have a polycystic appearance (small cysts amidst normal tissue). The report suggests a polycystic ovarian variant. My right ovary measures 6.7 cc and the left ovary 3.2 cc. Do I have PCOS, and how severe is it? How can it be treated?

My report says that multiple cysts are found in the ovaries, but I have no other symptoms of PCOS. There is no weight gain, no excess hair growth, no acne, and my periods come exactly on the 28th day. Do I still have PCOS?
