I have noticed 2 to 3 gray hairs and am worried. Is it possible to reverse them to black and delay further graying? I am panicking. I have also experienced significant hair fall over the past month. I do not have thyroid issues or anemia. What can I do?

Early greying is usually genetic. Cannot reverse but can delay. Hair fall could be due to low Vitamin D, Zinc, or stress. Check Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Zinc.

All my test reports, including iron and protein levels, are normal. What could be the reason for this hair loss?
