I have partial phimosis where my foreskin retracts fully when flaccid but only goes back to the glans when erect should I see a sexologist for this Will they recommend surgery or can it be fixed without it If non-surgical treatment is possible how long would it take for the foreskin to fully retract when erect

Partial phimosis may be treated with steroid creams and stretching exercises.Seeing a urologist or sexologist can help determine if surgery is needed.Treatment may take several weeks.

Yes possible, but you can only wait if you don’t have intense pain, vomiting, fever and decreased kidney function. You can try Cap. Tamfil S once a day for 7 days. Filter urine for stone. If is doesn’t come out, then you need a ureteroscopy

Why is the head of my penis so dry? I'm having trouble pulling the back skin upwards after rolling it down, though that part is easy. Plus, the ring of my penis is turning more red and patchy. What's going on with that?
Use an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream twice a day on the affected area for 1-2 weeks. Additionally, keeping the area clean and dry, and avoiding irritants such as harsh soaps or perfumed products, can help with healing. If symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation.

My penis size is very small and thin only 3.5 inches when erect. I really want to increase it. Does jelqing actually work? Also, does low testosterone affect size? And if there's a hormone imbalance, is it possible to grow my penis without surgery?
There's no scientific evidence that it works, and it might cause side effects like pain, irritation, and bruises. Rarely, jelqing can cause curving of the penis or erectile dysfunction. Talk to a doctor or sex therapist before you try jelqing or any other technique you find online
