I have PCOS and only my left fallopian tube is open while the right one is blocked. My doctor prescribed medication for fertilization but also suggested laparoscopic surgery. Is the surgery really necessary or are there other ways to clear the blocked tube? Can I still get pregnant with just one open tube?

I'm a 25-year-old guy with gynaecomastia and I really don't want to go through surgery. Are there any effective drug treatments that can help reduce it? What options do I have besides going under the knife?
