It's possible to have sex with phimosis, even without full retraction, but it may be uncomfortable or painful. Using a condom and ample lubricant can help. However, if the foreskin is severely tight, sexual activity could cause tearing or pain. Surgery (circumcision) might be recommended in more severe cases, but it's not always necessary

I've been feeling a burning sensation at the tip of my penis since having rough oral sex three days ago. There arent any sores, swelling, or marks, and I havent noticed any fluids or pus. I'm pretty stressed about it but wondering if it could just be some kind of soreness. What do you think?

It is possible that you are experiencing irritation or inflammation due to the rough oral sex. To help alleviate the burning sensation, you can try using an over-the-counter topical cream like lidocaine gel to numb the area. Additionally, you can take ibuprofen to reduce inflammation and discomfort. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I'm using Vigora 50 whenever I have sex, and I'm wondering if that could be dangerous. Could you let me know if there are any risks involved? If there are, I'd really appreciate some advice on what to do.

Vigora-50 contains Sildenafil, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction. It is generally safe to use as directed, but it can have potential side effects such as headache, flushing, indigestion, and changes in vision. However, if you have certain medical conditions like heart problems, it can be dangerous to use without medical supervision. If you experience any chest pain, dizziness, or vision changes while using Vigora-50, you should stop using it and seek medical attention.
