I have piles and I'm not sure if I need surgery or if treatment would be enough. Can you share details of a lady doctor I can consult about this?

View allI've got grade 3 and grade 4 piles but they don't hurt, and there's no bleeding when I use the bathroom. However, after I'm done, I have to push the grade 3 piles back in. I'm wondering if there's any medication that can actually cure hemorrhoids. Is that possible?
It will reduce, sometimes surgery also needed.

I'm dealing with a piles problem and I'm not sure which type of specialist doctor I should see in allopathic medicine for this. Is it a physician or is there another kind of specialist I should look for? I'm feeling a bit worried and would appreciate some guidance.
For piles problem, you should consult a Proctologist or a Colorectal Surgeon. They specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions related to the colon, rectum, and anus. They can provide you with the appropriate treatment plan, which may include medications such as Daflon (500mg) and topical creams, as well as procedures like rubber band ligation or surgical intervention if necessary.

**Rephrased user query:** I've had an anal fissure for two weeks and my doctor prescribed antibiotics, fidonal cream, and sitz baths with betadine. But I'm confused about two things why did he say to avoid non-veg food for a month? How does that affect the fissure? Also, can I just use my finger to apply the cream instead of the applicator? And if I end up needing surgery, how long until I can get back to my normal routine?
Non Veg causes constipation in few induviduals so that might aggravate your fissure symptoms...You can use ur finger too to apply as its designed like that whereas while using your fingers u have ur nails so u feel discomfort...After fissure surgery u can return back to normal in two days
