I'm 22 and have had pretty stable glasses prescription for the last 3 years with no major vision issues, but my astigmatism is pretty high (sph 6, cyl 2.75). Could this mean I might have keratoconus or am I just overthinking it? Is there a way to rule this out for sure?

I'm getting cataract surgery on Monday but I'm really confused about choosing between Indian lenses and imported lenses. Are Indian lenses just as good or should I go for imported ones? I need some advice to make the right decision

Both Indian and imported lenses can offer excellent outcomes if chosen correctly. Indian lenses like *Aurolab* or *Appasamy* have improved significantly and are cost-effective, while imported ones like *Alcon* or *Zeiss* may offer advanced features like better contrast sensitivity or multifocality. Your choice should depend on your visual needs, lifestyle, and budget—discuss these with your surgeon for the best fit.
