I have a prescription of sph 1.50, cyl 0.50, and axis 180 in both eyes and currently wear glasses. I'm considering SMILE eye surgery but wondering if it's safe for my prescription. What are the possible side effects I should be aware of?

I've had a chalazion for two months now and the swelling is really bothering me are there any good home remedies I can try I'd prefer to avoid surgery if possible
