I have pretty bad myopia with -20 in my left eye and -23 in the right it's getting really tough to manage daily life. I'm considering ICL surgery but not sure which hospital in India would be the best for such high prescriptions. Any recommendations based on experience with extreme cases like mine?

I have a prescription of -5 in my left eye and -4.5 in my right eye with 2.5 astigmatism in both eyes. Would I be a good candidate for LASIK? I'm really concerned about potential side effects like bad night vision, halos, and chronic dry eye after the surgery how likely are these to happen? What are the success rates for someone with my prescription? Could LASIK actually get me to a point where I don't need glasses anymore?
Patient is advised for an ophthalmologist opinion.

I need to get surgery to correct my vision but my cornea is thin and my power is 7.00 so LASIK isn't an option. My doctor recommended SMILE but I've read about some drawbacks. I also came across Contoura Vision which seems better. With a thin cornea, which one should I go for? I don't want ICL.
With thin cornea, SMILE is safer than LASIK but less accurate for high power—Contoura needs more thickness; ICL is most precise but invasive.
