I have pretty bad myopia with -20 in my left eye and -23 in the right it's getting really tough to manage daily life. I'm considering ICL surgery but not sure which hospital in India would be the best for such high prescriptions. Any recommendations based on experience with extreme cases like mine?

I've had a partial squint since birth where one eye stays centered when I look to the side left eye when looking right, right eye when looking left. But both eyes work fine when looking straight ahead. Is there a surgery to fix this now? If yes, can you suggest hospitals and contact details?
