I have really large breasts and they make me feel super uncomfortable all the time. Is there any way to reduce their size naturally without going through surgery? I've heard about exercises or diet changes but not sure if they actually work. What would you recommend for someone like me who wants to avoid surgery but still reduce breast size?

Cardio exercises like running, brisk walking, and cycling help burn fat—everywhere, including your chest. Add strength training (especially pushups and dumbbell presses) to tighten up. Cut back on sodium, sugar, and saturated fats.

The recovery period typically lasts a few weeks, with swelling, bruising, and some discomfort

Loose skin can be addressed by plastic surgeons. If mild, radiofrequency or ultrasound-based skin tightening helps. For moderate to severe cases, brachioplasty (skin removal surgery) is the solution.

I've always been self-conscious about my nose it's bigger and wider than I'd like, and even though people say I'm good-looking, it bothers me a lot. Is rhinoplasty the only option to reshape it, or are there non-surgical alternatives? How much would it cost, and how do I find a skilled, trustworthy surgeon for this?

It's understandable to feel self-conscious about your nose, especially if you perceive it as bigger and wider than average. Many people share this concern, and it's often related to societal beauty standards that favor more slender noses. However, it's important to remember that beauty comes in many forms, and your nose, regardless of its size or shape, is a unique part of your face. There are ways to address these insecurities and cultivate a more positive self-image.
