I've had gynecomastia in both sides of my chest for the past 4 years. A doctor in Allahabad recommended liposuction but I'm not sure about the total cost of the surgery. Can you give me an estimate? Also, is liposuction the best option for my condition or are there other treatments I should consider?

The estimated cost for gynecomastia surgery (liposuction and/or gland excision) in India can range from ‚Çπ60,000 to ‚Çπ1,50,000, depending on the specific procedure and the surgeon's expertise. Liposuction is often used in conjunction with gland excision for optimal results, as it addresses both fat and glandular tissue

View allMy breasts are getting bigger like a woman's, and I'm worried about it. Is surgery the only option for male breast reduction? What are the possible side effects of the surgery?
No, surgery isn't the only option for male breast reduction (gynecomastia). While surgery, like liposuction and mastectomy, is a common and effective treatment, other approaches like addressing underlying medical conditions or lifestyle changes (exercise and diet) can also help. Surgery does carry some risks, including infection, bleeding, and changes in sensation

I'm planning to get a hair transplant but I live alone is it safe to go through the surgery by myself or should I arrange for someone to be there with me? I'm a bit worried about managing right after the procedure since I won't have help at home
You can manage alone, but having someone for the first 24–48 hours helps, especially for medications, food, and support. Arrange minimal chores post-op to avoid discomfort.
