My breasts are getting bigger like a woman's, and I'm worried about it. Is surgery the only option for male breast reduction? What are the possible side effects of the surgery?

No, surgery isn't the only option for male breast reduction (gynecomastia). While surgery, like liposuction and mastectomy, is a common and effective treatment, other approaches like addressing underlying medical conditions or lifestyle changes (exercise and diet) can also help. Surgery does carry some risks, including infection, bleeding, and changes in sensation

View allI'm a 27-year-old guy dealing with gynecomastia and I weigh around 73 kg. I'm planning to get married soon and really want to get my body in better shape. After researching online for a while, it looks like surgery is the only option to get rid of gynecomastia. I've got a bit of a tummy too, and it's kind of at the same level as my chest right now. What I'm curious about is, after the surgery, will my tummy stick out more than my chest?
Gynecomastia vanishes without treatment in less than two years. But in some patients treatment may be needed if gynecomastia doesn't improve on its own or if it causes significant pain and embarrassment...avoid junk foods, carbohydrates like rice etc, avoid oily foods...add proteins and fibre rich foods to your diet with green tea, green leafy vegetables, fruits...do regular exercise at least 2 hours a day....Medications used to treat breast cancer and other conditions, such as tamoxifen and raloxifene may be helpful for some men with gynecomastia....if no improvements to medications you can go for surgery....Two gynecomastia surgery options are: Liposuction. This surgery removes breast fat, but not the breast gland tissue itself. Mastectomy. This type of surgery removes the breast gland tissue. The surgery is often done endoscopically, meaning only small incisions are used. This less invasive type of surgery involves less recovery time...consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.

I've always been self-conscious about my nose being too big are there any non-surgical ways to make it look smaller? I've heard about contouring or exercises but not sure if they actually work. What would you recommend?
for P/E ENT specialist opinion is advised to the patient.

Can a forehead osteoma disappear without treatment How risky is the surgery to remove it and is it even worth doing Would I need a CT scan before the procedure Also can you give me a rough idea of how much the surgery might cost
Osteoma won’t shrink without surgery—CT is needed before excision; cost is ₹15,000–₹50,000 depending on location.
