LDL and TG are high, HDL is low, this increases heart risk. Adopt low fat diet, daily exercise, avoid smoking. If lifestyle fails, doctor may prescribe statins.

I recently received my blood test report, and I noticed that some of the values, specifically Cholesterol, CHCM, MCV, MCH, and MCHC are slightly outside the normal range. I would like to understand what these results mean and if they indicate any health concerns.
