I have received my blood report, and the following observations were made: Total Cholesterol: 219 mg/dL Triglycerides: 187 mg/dL HDL Cholesterol: 33 mg/dL LDL Cholesterol: 147 mg/dL VLDL Cholesterol: 37.40 mg/dL Could you please help me understand these results and advise what steps I should take to manage my cholesterol levels?

LDL and TG are high, HDL is low, this increases heart risk. Adopt low fat diet, daily exercise, avoid smoking. If lifestyle fails, doctor may prescribe statins.

Hello, My husband works as a paramilitary personnel, which involves very intensive physical work and unusual living conditions. His recent blood test report shows: VLDL: 29.2 mg/dL LDL: 99.7 mg/dL Total cholesterol: 167 mg/dL HDL: 38.2 mg/dL The report indicates that VLDL and LDL are abnormal. I recently had my executive health check up. Most of my reports are normal, but my cholesterol level is slightly high. The doctor advised me to exercise regularly and take Razel 10 mg tablet daily after dinner. I have attached my reports for your reference.
