My blood report shows raised cholesterol values. Total cholesterol 221, triglycerides 224, LDL 159, VLDL 44.8, HDL 35. Is there any need for medicine for these values?

I have developed fat deposits around both eyes, which started after I completed graduation. There is no family history of this, and my cholesterol levels are normal.
