I have scars with a tattoo over them on my forearm and want to get rid of both. A doctor told me laser tattoo removal won't fix the scars would plastic surgery work for this? I'm worried about how effective it'll be and if it's the right option.

I have over a thousand lipomas with the biggest one around 35 cm and I really need surgery to remove them but money's tight. I do have health insurance will it cover the cost of lipoma removal surgery?
Lipoma removal cost is covered by health insurance when the surgery is performed for medical reasons. But many patients undergo lipoma surgery for cosmetic reasons, due to which health insurance may not cover the treatment cost.
