I have a small sentinel pile and my doctor prescribed antibiotics, Anovate, and sitz baths. Will this treatment be enough to get rid of it or is surgery absolutely necessary? I'm worried about whether it'll fully heal without an operation.

Sentinel Piles can be conveniently removed without surgery by Graded Ksharsutra Treatment. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during treatment

View allI've been dealing with an anal fissure for the last three months, and in the past month, I've been using Smuth ointment after sitz baths and taking Cremaffin Plus at night. It seemed like things were getting better, with about 90% healed, but today I passed a hard stool and the tear happened again in the exact same spot. It's like history repeating itself, as it happened before in another direction but still in the same area. I'm really worried and wondering why this keeps occurring. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I should do?
It sounds like you are experiencing recurrent anal fissures despite the initial healing. To help prevent further tearing and promote healing, you can try using Anovate cream after each bowel movement and continue with sitz baths. Additionally, you can take a stool softener like Duphalac to prevent hard stools and reduce straining during bowel movements. Make sure to stay hydrated and include fiber-rich foods in your diet to help with bowel movements. If the issue persists, consult your doctor for further evaluation and management.

Had piles surgery 7 months ago but now my anal area looks completely different from normal. Is this part of the healing process or should I be worried about complications?
It is natural, nothing to worry about it.

i think i might have piles because theres a lot of pain near my anus and a small red bulge what treatments are available without surgery and if surgery is needed how long will the recovery take
If you suspect you have piles (hemorrhoids), several non-surgical treatments can be used to manage pain and swelling. These include home remedies, over-the-counter medications, and office-based procedures like rubber band ligation or sclerotherapy. If non-surgical treatments are not effective or if you have severe symptoms, surgery may be necessary, with a typical recovery time of two to four weeks
