I have stage L4 piles and a leading hospital in Chennai recommended surgery. Is normal surgery the better option or should I go for the HAL procedure? Are there still any non-surgical treatments I can try at this stage?

I've been dealing with a small, pea-sized skin tag near my anus, and it's really painful when I pass stools. Sometimes, it even bleeds.
