I have these Fordyce spots on my upper lips and I'm really worried. Is there any treatment or medicine that can help with that? Also, I've noticed my lower lip is a lot larger than my upper one, and it's really bothering me. What can I do to fix this, and any idea about the cost?

View allI've developed this dark and rough skin on the sides of my nose, and while it doesn't itch much, it's been bothering me for about 3-4 months now. I scratched it once out of irritation, and that only made it worse. Though it's reduced a bit since then, I'm still not seeing much improvement. I tried using lemon juice, but it burned, so I've switched to aloe gel, but it doesn't seem to be helping either. Any idea what might be causing this and what I could do to make it better?
Consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized guidance, and in the meantime, try using a gentle exfoliating scrub, a topical cream containing niacinamide or kojic acid, and a broad-spectrum sunscreen to help improve the dark, rough skin on the sides of your nose.

I'm using Scarend gel for my acne scars. Do you think it's effective if I keep using it for a long time? I'm really struggling with bad acne scars and open pores. Are there any treatments you could suggest that might give up to 90% improvement?
For up to 90% improvement in acne scars and open pores, consider combining Scarend gel with treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser skin resurfacing, microneedling, or platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, under the guidance of a dermatologist.
