I have thyroid issues, and my weight is a bit on the higher side. I've been on medication for the past year to keep it under control. But what should I do about losing weight? Should I consider taking a fat burner? I'm really looking for some advice here.

It's not that every Diabetic patient does not stick to diet plan, it mostly depends on the person's lack of motivation irrespective of the disease. It's also understandable since diabetes is a long standing medical condition, every patient may need repetitive conusellings to adhere to diet plan.

I've just got my thyroid test results, and I'm a bit confused about what they mean. My T3 level is 91.35, T4 is 5.87, and TSH is 10.55. I don't have any symptoms like weight gain or loss. Is this something I should be worried about?
yes yo can start with levothyroxine 50mcg and repeat test after 3 months
