I have thyroid issues, and my weight is a bit on the higher side. I've been on medication for the past year to keep it under control. But what should I do about losing weight? Should I consider taking a fat burner? I'm really looking for some advice here.

The doctor prescribed Nurokind LC for him, but I'm a little worried about its compatibility with his diabetes, especially since it contains levocarnitine. Also, I noticed that he recommended taking vitamin B12 after lunch. Is there a specific reason why that's better than taking it in the morning? Is it safe for him to continue with these supplements?
