I have thyroid issues, and my weight is a bit on the higher side. I've been on medication for the past year to keep it under control. But what should I do about losing weight? Should I consider taking a fat burner? I'm really looking for some advice here.

Is 160 blood sugar high after eating?
Yes, normal value of blood sugar post eating is 120 - 140 mg/dl. Post meal value of 160 mg/dl indicates prediabetes.
