I have undergone a CUE test, and my report shows RBC 2 to 3 and blood as positive. Please advise what should be done. The report is attached.

Microscopic hematuria needs USG KUB and urine cytology. Could be due to infection or stones.

I recently did a urinalysis, and everything was normal except for RBCs and hemoglobin. A few years ago, I used to have sand and crystals in my urine. Are the RBCs in my urine harmful?

Is this urine report normal? If not, what tests should I take after? Pus cells and RBC casts are abnormal. Blood picture is normal. Only WBC count is on the lower side at 4500.
