I have used Sevista 60 mg from 26th June till 11th August. I am not having periods though my pregnancy test report is negative. How long should I wait for my periods to come? If I want to have sex, will I start Overal L again in this situation? Will Overal L give me protection against pregnancy? Will it take months or days for my periods to normalize since I stopped Sevista on 11th August? In the absence of periods, if I start Ovral L, will it prevent pregnancy?

Periods can delay after Sevista. Ovral L can prevent pregnancy if taken from Day 1 of cycle or with backup for 7 days. Consult your doctor before restarting. Do the required pregnancy test again if in doubt.

View allHi, I had intercourse on 12th July and took an iPill on 13th July. From 15th to 20th July, I experienced heavy bleeding and noticed a brown colored clot on the pad. Since the bleeding ended, I have been feeling severe nausea and pain on the left side of my abdomen. It has been more than 3 weeks now. I am attaching a pregnancy test report that I took 7 days ago. My last period was on 10th June, and my period has not started this month yet. Please suggest if I need to take any further tests.

I had anal sex for the first time with my partner, and since we were inexperienced, the condom tore. We were worried about the possibility of sperm reaching the vaginal area. This happened two days after my period ended (on Monday), and I took Unwanted 72 within two hours. Now, after seven days (on Sunday), I experienced some light bleeding. I am considering visiting a doctor for a checkup. Will the doctor be able to find out if I took the pill through any test for irregular bleeding? Can I be assured that there is no chance of pregnancy?

I had my last period on 4th November. I had unprotected sex on 25th November. What are the chances of getting pregnant? When should I take a pregnancy test? Should I take a contraceptive pill now? If yes, please tell me the drug name and instructions to take the pill. Please also mention any side effects of the pill.
