I've just had my first dose of the Covishield vaccine and a few hours later, my heartbeat got really fast. Later at night, I started feeling back pain and body pain. Could these be side effects of the vaccine? I've also taken Dolo 650 to help. What should I do now?

I'm really worried because I had a viral fever for about 5 days, hitting over 100 multiple times a day. It's been 10 days since my fever stopped, but I'm still feeling extremely weak day and night. Im constantly sleepy, and even walking around the house leaves me exhausted. Watching TV seems impossible because my eyes hurt and I feel drained. Can you tell me how I can overcome this weakness?
