I keep getting pain on the right side of my throat and sometimes it's hard to talk. I also feel like vomiting and the muscles in that area keep pulling. The doctor said it might be because of tonsils and suggested surgery. What will happen if I don't get my tonsils removed?

I understand your symptoms. However I would need some more details to get a clear idea of what you are going through 1. The duration of your symptoms and the severity of pain 2. Associated ear pain, cold or cough 3. Any symptoms of acidity or reflux as this is a very common cause of throat pain

View allMy daughter needs adenoid and tonsil surgery but I'm confused about the coblation machine. Is it always necessary for these procedures? Also can you suggest hospitals in Bangalore that do this surgery without coblation since our insurance doesn't cover it and the extra cost is quite high - around 9k to 18k in Koramangala hospitals
Coblation surgery for adenoids and tonsils is not always necessary. While it offers benefits like less pain and bleeding, it's not essential for all procedures. You can find hospitals in Bangalore that perform traditional adenoid and tonsil removal without coblation, especially since your insurance doesn't cover it and you're looking to minimize costs

Are these nasal polyps or swollen turbinatesAttached are the pics of my right and left nostrils. What is the possible treatment of these except surgeryI have rhinitis allergy since last 8 months.Sneezingrunny noseblocked nose sometimes feeling blockage in throat too.
It's difficult to definitively diagnose whether your nasal issue is polyps or swollen turbinates without a visual examination. However, the symptoms you've described (sneezing, runny nose, blocked nose, and sometimes a blocked throat) are common in both conditions, particularly when associated with allergic rhinitis, which you've also mentioned. Treatment options beyond surgery for both nasal polyps and turbinate hypertrophy include medications and lifestyle changes

I've recently noticed a kind of white layer inside my ear, and I'm really worried about what it might be. Could it be a fungal infection? Would appreciate any advice you have on this.
Worrying symptoms. Possible causes: 1. _Vitamin deficiencies_: B12, vitamin D, or magnesium deficiencies can cause tingling, shaking, and fatigue. 2. _Nerve issues_: Peripheral neuropathy, nerve damage, or pinched nerves can lead to tingling and shaking. 3. _Thyroid problems_: Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) can cause cold intolerance, fatigue, and weakness. 4. _Anemia_: Low red blood cell count or iron deficiency can lead to fatigue, weakness, and cold intolerance. 5. _Autoimmune disorders_: Conditions like multiple sclerosis, lupus, or rheumatoid arthritis can cause numbness, tingling, and fatigue. Consult a doctor to: 1. Run diagnostic tests (blood work, nerve conduction studies) 2. Discuss symptoms and medical history 3. Determine the underlying cause and develop a treatment plan
